Dark Souls Remastered on Switch, amiibo delayed

Dark Souls Remastered on Switch, alongside a special Solaire of Astora amiibo, have been delayed.

“Due to the nature of causality, we must announce that the Nintendo Switch version of Dark Souls Remastered will be pushed back to summer of 2018, and with it, the release of the Solaire of Astora amiibo,” Bandai Namco announced via tweet.

“[Windows PC, PS4 and Xbox One] versions will maintain their May 25th release date.”

Aussies should expect the title in winter 2018, though a specific release date was not named.

Does this impact your decision when it comes to the platform you were planning to purchase Dark Souls Remastered on?

Dark Souls Remastered heads to Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4 on 25 May, and later on Nintendo Switch.
