Dark Souls 3 PC servers return after 7 months of compromisation

Yikes.

Dark Souls 3 PC servers have returned after seven long months of being offline due to a security exploit.

FromSoftware today confirmed that it is working on restoring similar PC servers for remaining Dark Souls titles.

Online features for the PC version of Dark Souls III have been reactivated,” reads a post on the franchise’s official Twitter account.

“We are working to restore these features for all other [Dark Souls] titles and will inform you when they are back in service. Thank you once more for your patience and support.”

We’ll keep you informed, of course, as we learn more about FromSoftware and Bandai Namco’s efforts.

Praise the sun, PC players!
