Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox Series X has resolution or performance priority

We did it, fam: Cyberpunk 2077 is finally available on Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Stadia. Digging deeper into the Xbox Series X version, users today discovered it has an option to prioritise resolution or performance.

In theory, the resolution priority will cause a hit to frame-rates, while performance will run as smooth as possible. In practice, my 38-year-old eyes really didn’t notice a difference. Regardless, there option’s there for you to try and, sadly, doesn’t exist on PS5. That said, the PS5 version of Cyberpunk 2077 is said to run at 60FPS on the PS5, so that’s a good target to hit, eh?

Cyberpunk 2077 is available now; it’s launch trailer is below. We reviewed the game here.
