Cyberpunk 2077 PS4 to PS5 and Xbox One to Xbox Series S & X generational saves have been detailed by developer CD Projekt Red.
The way that saves will work across console generations is specific to each platform, as follows.

- Connect to your PlayStation Plus account and upload your saves

- Transfer your data via LAN cable or wi-fi
- Use a compatible storage device to copy and transfer your saves to the same PSN account on PlayStation 5

Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One to Xbox Series S & X save game transfer options
Because Xbox uses Smart Delivery, players don’t need to do a single thing between console generations. Your game save will be uploaded to the cloud and you’ll be able to access the game on both Xbox One and Xbox Series S & X, provided you’re connected to the internet.
Cyberpunk 2077 heads to Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4 on 10 December. The title is backwards compatible on Xbox Series S & X and PS5 at launch, though a proper current-gen upgrade will be offered in 2021.
