And some DLC may be on the way as well
What’s new in Night City you ask? A Cyberpunk 2077 patch of course! Developer CD Projekt Red have announced a new patch for the game is on its way, giving off some details about what it will include as well. The announcement included a series of videos, showcasing footage of how the patch will improve gameplay. As well as this, a short video from the team revealed that DLC for the game may be on the way too.
What some of the improvements include
In the patch, a new mini map system will be implemented to make travelling around easier. “With the new minimap system software update you are able to see more and navigate better. Drive fast, drive safe,” said CD Projekt Red’s Andrzej.
Another aspect that will be improved with the patch is making experimentation more accessible for character builds. Gameplay Designer Katarína commented on the importance of this change, saying, “for our players, this feature will mean safer experimentation with builds. It is easily accessible and affordable for everyone, so there is no need to hesitate while investing in particular perks.”
