Control is heading to Xbox Series X, PS5

Remedy’s Control will head to Xbox Series X and PS5 next-gen consoles, the developer has advised.

“We’re glad to be able to share that [Control] will be coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. More details coming at a later date,” the company advised over Twitter.

There’s no word yet on whether or not Remedy’s latest will be offered as a free upgrade on PS5 from PS4, or if the title will support the similarly free Smart Delivery system between Xbox One and Xbox Series X, but we’ll remain hopeful.

Control is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4; its AWE DLC is expected soon on all platforms, while its latest expansion The Foundation is available now on Windows PC and PS4 and heads to Xbox One later this month.
