Concord gameplay, characters shown off in new trailers

Check it out!

Sony and Firewalk today showcased the 5v5 Concord via two trailers.

The first trailer, a CG affair, was meant to give us a better look at some of the characters you’ll be able to control within the shooter.

“Join the Crew of the Northstar… [playing a game] where you choose from a wide roster of characters and role types, each with unique abilities and personalities,” reads a description of the trailer.

Next was an in-engine gameplay trailer showing off more of the hero shooter.

“Concord is a new shooter… where you have the power to be the game-changer for your team,” reads the second description.

“Choose from a wide roster of characters and role types, each with unique abilities and personalities. Take on rival Freegunner crews in daring space heists in six different online 5v5 PVP modes across a variety of exotic and fantastical maps that span the different planets of the ever-expanding Concord Galaxy.”

Expect Concord on PS5 and Windows PC from 23 August. A beta will be offered ahead of that time for those who pre-order.
