Catherine Full Body is a PS4, PS Vita remake of the puzzler

Catherine Full Body is a remake of the original puzzler that will head to both PS4 and PS Vita, developer Atlus recently confirmed.

The news comes by way of Famitsu (via Gematsu), who reports that Atlus will add a third Catherine — though, named Rin — to the mix. Rin is a pianist at the Stray Sheep, the favourite hang out of protagonist Vincent. The new character will provide new story branches to surprise those who’ve already played through the last-gen title. Atlus also confirmed cross-save support between the PlayStation platforms.

Atlus will host a Niconico livestream on 22 December 22 at 9.30 AEDT to detail further additions to the game.

Catherine first debuted in the west in 2011, across both Xbox 360 and PS3. We reviewed the title here.

Catherine Full Body doesn’t have a set release date as yet; we’re also hopeful an Xbox One version is confirmed in addition to releases on PS4 and PS Vita.
