Call of Duty WWII, Destiny 2 are 2017’s highest-selling games

Call of Duty WWII and Destiny 2 were the highest-selling games, in terms of revenue, in North America over 2017, Activision has declared.

This marks the ninth straight year, since 2009, that the Call of Duty franchise lead console sales. This year’s iteration, WWII, has earned $1 billion USD in global sell-through figures, according to its publisher. That number takes actual sales to customers into account, not sales to retailers.

Concerning Destiny 2, Activision declined to detail total revenue or units sold.

Did you buy both Call of Duty: WWII and Destiny 2? How happy are you with your purchases?
