Call of Duty Warzone 200-player battle royale available for limited time

Call of Duty Warzone 200-player battle royale matches will be on offer for a limited time as part of the game’s Season 4 Reload event.

The update will go live from 4.00 pm AEST today, 30 June, and “will fundamentally change the battle in Verdansk,” according to Activision Blizzard and Infinity Ward.

“With this update, Verdansk will now be able to hold up to 200 players in Battle Royale Quads. That means 50 Quads of Operators fighting each other and the encroaching circle collapse,” the statement continues.

“This new player count makes Warzone an even bigger Battle Royale experience, so get ready to drop in alongside 199 other members of this millions-strong community to cause havoc!”

Call of Duty Warzone is a free-to-play battle royale currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
