Biomutant update to fix its narrator alongside other bug fixes

Thank heavens.

The first Biomutant update will fix issues with its narrator alongside a host of other bug fixes, developer Experiment 101 recently declared.

The update is expected “soon” and will likely hit PC first before consoles.

“The update will include bug fixes and changes based on community feedback,” the developer said. “We are working on the pacing of dialogues, narrator settings, difficulty settings, video settings like depth of field and motion blur, loot and enemy tuning as well as sound and combat.”

In our review of Biomutant, we said “there’s a lot going on without the focus required to have it all come together.” One of our primary issues was indeed with its narrator, a character who spoke too frequently and in place of most every other character.

Biomutant is now available on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4 and PS5.
