Beyond Good & Evil 2 still in development, says Ubisoft

Patience...

Beyond Good & Evil 2 is still in development, Ubisoft has said in the wake of another Skull & Bones delay and three unannounced game cancellations.

Speaking with Eurogamer, Ubisoft said development is still “under way”.

Beyond Good and Evil 2’s development is under way and the team is hard at work to deliver on its ambitious promise,” a representative told the site.

We last heard of the anticipated sequel back in 2020 when game designer Micel Ancel retired from the games industry; before that, Ubisoft told players they shouldn’t expect to see the title WAY back at E3 2019.

We had a quick look at the game back at E3 2017 if you can believe it; check out what was up here.

We’ll keep you updated as to the progress of Beyond Good & Evil 2.
