Get 25% off a PlayStation Plus 1-year membership

The chance to get 25% off a PlayStation Plus 1-year membership is currently being offered by Sony.

Available now, users can take advantage of the 25% off discount until 9.00 pm AEDT on 28 November.

For Australians, that means a $79.95 AUD 1-year subscription is discounted to $59.95 AUD. Not bad, eh?

A PlayStation Plus membership offers PS4 online multiplayer, freebies each month on PS3, PS4 and PS Vita (check out November’s offerings here), online, cloud-based save game storage and exclusive discounts and beta access.

Fair warning — signing up at this discounted rate will also sign you up for a recurring, yearly billing structure. You can go and turn that off if you’re not crazy about the idea.

Steve Wright

Steve's the owner and Editor-in-Chief of Stevivor.com, the country’s leading independent video games outlet. Steve arrived in Australia back in 2001 on what was meant to be a three-month working holiday before deciding to emigrate and, eventually, becoming a citizen.

Stevivor is a combination of ‘Steve’ and ‘Survivor’, which made more sense back in 2001 when Jeff Probst was up in Queensland. The site started as Steve’s travel blog before transitioning over into video games.

Aside from video games, Steve has interests in hockey and Star Trek, playing the former and helping to cover video games about the latter on TrekMovie.com. By day, Steve works as the communications manager of the peak body representing Victorians as they age.
