Catch has absolutely no idea what a PS4 Pro costs

Update: A Catch representative has spoken to Stevivor regarding the situation.

“These [PS4 Pros] are sold by a third party marketplace seller,” a representative confirmed with Stevivor. “The seller has been notified of the pricing errors and the price will be adjusted accordingly before they are made available again.”

The representative also stressed that “Catch always strives to have the best brands at amazing prices.”

Original story: Bargain website Catch has bizarrely listed two PS4 Pro SKUs at exorbitant prices.

A 1TB Glacier White PS4 Pro is currently retailing on Catch for $647.90 AUD — down from a ‘normal’ price of $805.99 AUD — while a 1TB Jet Black PS4 Pro is listed at $639.10 AUD.

Over on EB Games’ website, you can get a 1TB black PS4 Pro for $559 AUD and a white PS4 Pro for the same price. On JB Hi-Fi’s site, the white PS4 Pro is $529 AUD. EB’s a little more expensive than JB as their consoles come with a bundled game.

We’ve contacted Catch to ask what’s up. In the meantime, spread the word.
