Aussie, UK PS2 games emulated on PS4 have massive frame rate issues

Old-school presenatation formats mean Australian and European PS4 users are encountering framerate issues when emulating PS2 titles.

Essentially, problems arise due as Aussie and European emulation is based on PAL versions of games like Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, but being output in the new NTSC worldwide standard. PAL games are 50Hz, while NTSC ones at 60Hz. The difference in refresh rates basically screws up how games are presented.

The easiest way to avoid the problem is to buy PS2 games with an American account so you get the NTSC version. Sometimes easier said than done, but there you go.
