Apex Legends Season 1 begins in March

Apex Legends Season 1 will begin in March, the game’s year one roadmap has revealed.

The roadmap asserts that four seasons will take place over 2019, with seasons themselves lasting around three months. Alongside the start of Season 1 in March will be the opportunity to purchase the game’s first Battle Pass. Neither pricing, nor specific content information on the pass is available as yet, but the game’s FAQ page suggests it will contain new cosmetics.

New Legends, weapons, cosmetics and loot look to be tied to each season as well.

Apex Legends is a free-to-play battle royale set in the universe of Titanfall. It’s available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
