Animal Crossing New Horizons delayed until March 2020

Animal Crossing New Horizons has been delayed slightly and will miss its original 2019 release date, Nintendo announced during its E3 2019 Direct.

“A peaceful new life on a deserted island await,” Nintendo advised… as long as you don’t mind the extra wait, that is.

“Players embark on an ultra-exclusive Nook Inc. Deserted Island Getaway Package and enjoy a peaceful existence full of creativity, charm and the freedom to roll up their sleeves and make their new life whatever they want it to be,” Nintendo continued. “Players can collect resources they can craft into everything from creature comforts to handy tools as they set up a homestead they can decorate freely, both inside and out.”

Animal Crossing: New Horizons will now launch on 20 March 2020 for Nintendo Switch.
