Amy Hennig’s new studio making a Star Wars game

Is her project at EA being revived? We don't know as yet.

Amy Hennig’s new studio, Skydance New Media, is hard at work on a new Star Wars game.

The studio said it is currently in “collaboration with Lucasfilm Games to develop and produce a richly cinematic action-adventure game featuring an original story in the legendary Star Wars galaxy.”

Hennig, a former Naughty Dog employee and writer of Uncharted, has previously worked on a Star Wars game at EA. She left the company in 2018, saying work on the project was shelved. It’s unclear if this new Skydance project will pick up where Visceral Games left off.

Skydance New Media is also at work on a narrative-driven Marvel game.
