Xbox One X pre-order guide: Limited Editions and availability detailed here

Update: We’ve changed availability details as of 12.10 am AEST, 23 August. Check out links below.

Original story: As you may already know — sorry, we’re away on holidays — the Xbox One X is now available to pre-order. The limited edition Project Scorpio version of the console has been confirmed and is priced at $649 AUD, just like the regular edition of the True 4K console.

EB Games Australia

EB Games Australia has advised they’ll be taking more Project Scorpio limited edition pre-orders from 12.00 pm AEST on 23 August — use this link to attempt to secure yours.

Prior to this announcement, the retailer was accepting names on their waitlist, found here.

The retailer also has a deal where you can trade in an Xbox One S and a single Xbox One game to receive the Xbox One X for $429 AUD.

JB Hi-Fi

The Project Scorpio limited edition console is no longer available for pre-order at JB Hi-Fi — the original link is now dead, seemingly taxed.

Microsoft Store

The Microsoft Store also had the Project Scorpio edition up for pre-order, but it has sold out as well.

The Xbox One X is priced at $649 AUD and will be available from 7 November.
