Overwatch: Sombra’s guide to player hacking

Lúcio

Crossfade can be hacked, as can Sound Barrier’s activation. Your EMP can strip Lúcio’s various buffs from other characters.

You can’t hack Amp It Up once it’s been activated, and you can’t hack Sound Barrier after activation as well.

Mercy

You can hack her flight, but Mercy will still be able to glide.

Resurrection can’t be hacked once activated.

Symmetra

Whilst you can hack Symmetra as she’s placing a turret, you can’t hack the turrets themselves.

You won’t be able to hack her Teleporter once it’s been placed.

Roadhog

You can’t cancel out his Chain Hook if it gets you, but you can stop him from using his Take a Breather healing ability mid-animation. Roadhog’s Whole Hog ultimate can be stopped using hack or the EMP.

Zarya

Zarya’s Particle Barrier can’t be hacked after she’s using it on herself or others. EMP can disable its buff, though.

Her Ultimate can’t be stopped.

Ana

Ana’s Sleep Dart, Biotic Grenade or Nano Boost cannot be hacked. Ouch.

Zenyatta

You can’t hack his Orb of Discord once it hits you, neither can you hack or EMP his Ultimate.

Overwatch is available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
