Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is now out in early access on PS5, and this guide is all about how to link your Microsoft Account inside of it.

Not only does this guide detail how that link occurs, but what happens because of it.

How to link your Microsoft Account to Indiana Jones on PS5

First, it needs to be stressed that once you link your Microsoft Account to Indiana Jones on PS5, the process cannot be reversed. If you’re okay with that, here’s how to do it:

• Once in the game, head into Options > Account > Sign in with Microsoft Account
• You’ll get a unique code that you’ll need to link via https://www.microsoft.com/link
• Input the code on the website, go through your Microsoft two-factor authentication if needed, and voila!

What happens when you link your Microsoft Account to Indiana Jones on PS5

Once linked, the following occurs:

• You will not be able to use cross-saves across Xbox and PlayStation; cross saves are available between Xbox and Steam.
• You will be able to skip cutscenes that you’ve already experienced on a linked platform (ie: if you’ve played through a section on Xbox, you can skip that section’s cutscenes on PlayStation).
• You will be able to take advantage of cross-platform Trophy and Achievement unlocks in either direction. That is, you can unlock an Achievement on Xbox and it’ll auto-pop a Trophy on PlayStation the next time you play the game there, and vice versa.
• You will not be able to play Indiana Jones on the Great Circle at the same time using the linked account on both Xbox and PlayStation (ie: Stevivor on Xbox cannot be playing at the same time as Stevivor on PlayStation after linkage).
