The PS4 Pro doesn’t appear to have 4K Blu-ray support

While the PS4 Pro will support 4K upscaling for games and 4K support for video streamed using services like Netflix, it does not appear to have 4K support for Blu-ray discs.

The lack of Blu-ray support is being suggested by a number of journalists present at the PlayStation Meeting in New York.

We’ll report back when Sony makes comment.
