EA, DICE teaming up for a Star Wars: Battlefront PlayStation VR experience

EA and Sony will team up for a Star Wars: Battlefront VR experience using PlayStation VR, Sony today announced at GDC.

“This will be a Star Wars: Battlefront gaming experience like nothing else, where players can transport themselves to a galaxy far, far away,” Andrew House, President and CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment, said.

Footage of the experience was not shown.

PlayStation VR has been priced at $549.95 AUD and is expected in October. We’ll have more on the Star Wars: Battlefront VR experience as it becomes available.
