Don’t stay Quiet about this save-breaking Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain bug

Konami has advised of a save-breaking glitch within Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

The publisher has found that bringing Quiet as your companion inside missions 29 and 42 can possibly corrupt your game save. They’ve quite obviously advised not to bring Quiet along for those two missions.

Konami also said it will be working on a patch to correct the issue.
