The Last Guardian: PS4 lead architect Mark Cerny now heading up development

In the wake of new The Last Guardian rumours, Just Add Water Developments’ boss Stewart Gilray has asserted that Mark Cerny is heading up development of the vapourware game.

“That certain somebody is the guy who helped out with the architecture of Vita and PS4,” Gilray told the PS Nation podcast. “I’m led to believe his team is now running Last Guardian to finish.”

Cerny was also a driving force between PS4 launch title Knack.

Yesterday, The Guardian reported that Sony and Team ICO have planned a showing of The Last Guardian at E3 next week.
