Preview: Xbox One Digital TV Tuner and Australian Freeview TV

Thanks to Xbox Australia, we’ve an Xbox One Digital TV Tuner to test ahead of its release on 23 March 2015.

In the video below, we show how Freeview TV works on the Xbox One, in terms of setup, viewing and streaming to an Xbox SmartGlass-compatible device. We also show off streaming to the SmartGlass app.

All up, it’s a great little device for those without services like Foxtel or FetchTV.

The Xbox One Digital TV Tuner will retail for $39.95 AUD and can be pre-ordered from the Microsoft store and other retailers.
