Beta testing of Halo: The Master Chief Collection’s latest patch delayed

343 Industries has said that their own testing of a patch that general users were meant to beta test inside Halo: TMCC shows the patch isn’t ready for release.

Get all that?

“We’ve identified that additional time and testing is required, and we are currently evaluating both timing and need for a CU beta with the Xbox One Preview program, as well as the final public release date in February,” the developer confirmed via blog post.

The patch, another in a string meant to fix issues with The Master Chief Collection, was due for beta testing by Xbox One Preview Program members right about now.
