EB Games Canada says Nintendo aren’t making anymore Wii U GameCube adapters

Now, this could just be a misunderstanding on EB Games Canada’s part, but the retailer has tweeted saying that Nintendo won’t be making anymore Wii U GameCube adapters.

As in, once they’re sold out, they’re sold out.

Here’s the tweet:

We’ve gone to Nintendo Australia for comment.

Update: Nintendo Australia could only confirm the GameCube adapter is being distributed locally by Nintendo Australia customer service, and that they’ve still adapters in stock.
