Yakuza Kiwami 2 confirmed by Sega, heads to Japan later this year

Yakuza Kiwami 2 was confirmed by Sega at an event in Tokyo earlier this week.

In the vein of Yakuza Kiwami, Kiwami 2 is a remake of 2008’s Yakuza 2, originally released on PS2.

The title will use the same Dragon Engine that powers Yakuza 6 and will be available in Asia and Japan 7 December 2017.

There’s no word yet on a western release.

Yakuza Kiwami, a remake of the original Yakuza, heads to PS4 on 29 August.
