Xenoblade Chronicles 3 release moved forward to July

Happy days!

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is bucking the trend of games delayed during the COVID-19 pandemic and instead will be available earlier than originally thought.

Players can now expect the RPG from 29 July 2022 rather than September 2022, Nintendo has today advised.

While Nintendo didn’t detail why we’d be getting the game earlier than originally intended, a new story and character trailer for the title was today released; it’s below.

A Collector’s Edition was also announced, featuring a 250+ page art book, steel case and more. Exclusive to the My Nintendo Store, Nintendo has promised more details of the Collector’s Edition ahead of release.

Expect Xenoblade Chronicles 3 from 29 July 2022 on Nintendo Switch.
