World of Warcraft fans raise $2.5 million USD for Make-A-Wish via in-game pet Mischief

Blizzard has today confirmed that World of Warcraft fans have managed to fundraise $2.5 million USD for Make-A-Wish via purchases of in-game pet, Mischief.

WoW players were able to spend $11 AUD on the in-game pet throughout December 2016, with tremendous results. 1005 of the pet’s purchase price was donated to Make-A-Wish.

If you helped in the fundraising efforts, pat yourself on the back — it was a job well done.

World of Warcraft is available on PC.
