Wii Sports Club boxing and baseball hit the eShop this month; full retail disc in July

Nintendo yesterday confirmed that Wii Sports Club boxing and baseball will join bowling, tennis and golf on the Nintendo eShop for Wii U. Moreover, a full retail Wii Sports Club disc, a remastered version of Wii Sports on the Wii, will be available for Wii U in June.

The two new events will launch digitally on 28 June, and any Wii U owners who download Wii Sports Club receive a 48-hour free trial of any of the game’s five events.  Day Passes for the game can also be purchased at $2.60 AUD ($3.40 NZD) per day, or the two new events can be permanently purchased for $13.00 AUD ($17.00 NZD).

The retail disc, available from 12 July, will be avaialble for $54.95 AUD.
