Watch: Here’s how Quantum Break, Alan Wake and Max Payne are connected

Outside Xbox has posted a wonderful video that shows off the connections between Remedy’s Quantum Break, Alan Wake and Max Payne.

It’s definitely worth a look, even if some of it is, well, wrong.

The video does a great job of showing the connections between the three franchises (how mind-blowing is the Wilder/Serene bit in the poem?), but we propose that Alan Wake is indeed a real-life writer in Quantum Break‘s world.

What Outside Xbox doesn’t show you is a signed copy of “The Sudden Stop” making an appearance in Quantum Break‘s second act. That, to us, confirms that the book inside Quantum Break‘s first television episode wasn’t just a cute little addition.

You can check out all of the Alan Wake references we’ve found in Quantum Break here.
