Volume delayed on PS Vita, will still be cross-buy with PS4 upon release

The PS Vita version of Volume, the latest game from Thomas Was Alone dev Mike Bithell, has been delayed by “a couple weeks,” Bithell today confirmed.

Originally scheduled for a release across Windows PC, Mac, PS4 and PS Vita today, the Vita version of Volume will miss that date. Other versions of the title are unaffected.

“The party still starts on August 18, it’s just that the Vita, the coolest of all the kids, will be arriving a little fashionably late,” Bithell said, tongue-in-cheek.

Volume will remain a cross-buy title, so those who buy it on PS4 will get the game on Vita upon its release.
