VLC media player: Dedicated app on Windows 10 now, heading to Xbox One later this winter

VideoLAN’s VLC media player is now available via a dedicated Windows 10 app.

The popular media player supports a media library and uses Cortana voice commands.

The news comes as VideoLAN teased that the app will head to Xbox One later this winter, followed by a potential release on HoloLens.
