Valorant news coming via Summer Game Fest livestream

More Valorant news is expected in a livestream that’s part of the larger Summer Game Fest event.

The livestream takes place from 2.00 am AEST tomorrow, 22 May, though what to actually expect from the event is as yet unknown. If we had to guess, we’d say the announcement will detail when the game will either leave closed beta status, or at the very least, detail how new players can take part in pre-release play.

Other players believe the announcement will detail console availability for the game, though we stress that nothing has yet to be confirmed by Riot Games. Time till tell though, eh?

We’ll report back as more is known. Valorant is currently in a closed beta on Windows PC. For a listing of all E3 2020 replacement (and Summer Game Fest) events in Aussie times, click here.
