Ubisoft is looking for (Swedish) Star Wars gameplay testers

Good news for those in Malmo!

Ubisoft is on the hunt for Star Wars gameplay testers, though there is a catch: you’re likely to be selected if you live in Malmo, Sweden.

“We are looking for playtesters for the Star Wars Project,” Ubisoft’s Massive Entertainment recently advised. “If you live near Malmö, we would love for you to sign up.”

While technically anyone can head to this page to register as a potential tester, Massive has clarified that it will prioritise “people who live close to Malmö” for this bout of testing.

Those who are selected will be “rewarded proportionally to the length of the playtest,” Ubisoft and Massive added. “Rewards include cash, games, and more, depending on the playtest.”

Massive’s Star Wars game was announced at the start of 2021; not much more is known about the title. We’ll of course keep you informed as we learn more.
