Ubisoft ending online services in a number of games from September 2022

Play 'em while you can.

Ubisoft will discontinue online services in a number of its titles from September 2022, the publisher recently proclaimed.

While multiplayer services won’t be available in some titles, others will no longer provide access to download or install DLC on PC.

Impacted titles include the likes of Assassin’s Creed 2, Assassin’s Creed 3, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, Far Cry 3, Rayman Legends, Splinter Cell Blacklist and more. You can head here to check out the full list.

This new batch of titles joins a list of 91 other titles detailed back in April of this year. Some of the titles detailed in this latest batch were taken offline temporarily in April; coincidence?

Were you still using online features in any of the Ubisoft games impacted? Sound off in the comments area, below.
