Tomodachi Life Living the Dream Direct coming 30 January

Mark those calendars.

A twenty-minute Tomodachi Life Living the Dream Direct will take place on 30 January here in Australia, Nintendo has today advised.

Apart from its length, date, and time — which is 1.00 am AEDT by the way (or check your timezone here), we don’t know a single other thing about the livestream. If we had to take a guess, though, we’d say the presentation will include a release date for the upcoming sim, which is currently expected sometime in 2026. We’ll perhaps also get confirmation of a Switch 2-specific release, though all of this is just conjecture at this point.

You can expect the livestream on YouTube; we’ll embed the direct here when available.

Tomodachi Life Living the Dream was announced back in March 2025, more than ten years since the release of Tomodachi Life over on the 3DS.

We’ll have more on Tomodachi Life Living the Dream when available.
