NES Golf on Nintendo Switch: Emulator discovered

Modders have uncovered an NES modulator and copy of NES Golf on Nintendo Switch.

The find was made by SwitchBrew, which adds that Golf comes complete with detailed Joy-Con control instructions.

Users have already found ways to launch the title — though we won’t be posting how-tos here.

The game was hidden on the Switch under the filename of “flog”.

Nintendo has yet to comment on the situation, though it’s believed the emulator exists as a proof-of-concept for an eventual Virtual Console offering.

We’ll report back as more is known.
