The Mako makes a comeback in Mass Effect

Love it or hate it, Mass Effect‘s Mako is making its way to the next game in the popular franchise.

The all-terrain road vehicle from the original Mass Effect will be used to explore planets. Perhaps we’re saying goodbye to planet scanning this time around?

BioWare mentioned the Mako at their San Diego Comic-Con panel last weekend. The developers also added that the Mako will be customisable in the next Mass Effect game.

The next game in the franchise has not yet been named or dated.
