Telltale’s The Walking Dead will he finished by Skybound

Telltale’s The Walking Dead will be completed by Skybound Games, its creator has confirmed at New York Comic Con.

During a NYCC panel, creator Robert Kirkman confirmed that the episodic game’s final remaining episodes will be completed by Skybound.

The developer itself also confirmed the news via its official Twitter account.

“We’re SO happy to announce that we’ve reached a deal with Telltale Games that will allow Skybound to continue The Walking Dead: The Final Season,” Skybound tweeted. “Let’s wrap up Clem’s story right! More details to come soon.”

Skybound Entertainment, the publisher of the The Walking Dead comic, is the owner of Skybound Games. In a press release that followed, Skybound said it will work “with members of the original Telltale team to finish the story in a way the fans deserve.”

We’ll have more on The Walking Dead as it becomes available.
