Team Sonic Racing delayed to May 2019

Team Sonic Racing has been delayed to May 2019, Sega has confirmed.

Fans can now expect the racer on 21 May 2019.

Sega said the delay was put in place to “deliver the highest quality experience to fans” and the extra development time “will ensure delivering an unforgettable experience that fans can enjoy for years to come.”

“We understand that many fans were looking forward to a Winter release and apologize for any inconvenience caused,” Sega added.

Team Sonic Racing was previously scheduled for a 2018 release.

Developed by Sumo Digital and announced back at E3 2018, expect Team Sonic Racing on Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Switch on 21 May 2019.
