Switch Pinball FX3 framerate patch now live

The Nintendo Switch Pinball FX3 framerate patch is now live, bumping the game up to 1080p and 60fps when docked.

“We are happy to announce a huge optimization patch for Pinball FX3 on Nintendo Switch has gone live. All Pinball FX3 [tables are] now running at 60 frames per second in handheld mode, and at full 1080p HD while docked,” Zen’s Mel Kirk told Stevivor.

Pinball FX3 and the Switch already make for a great match, with the game’s unique features creating a perfectly balanced pinball experience on the go – but this optimization patch takes this fantastic fusion of pinball and platform to the next level with crisper graphics while docked and an even smoother gameplay in handheld mode. We hope you continue to enjoy the library of 36 pinball tables as we continue to increase the quality and value of our games.”

The patch was confirmed back in March.

Pinball FX3 is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Switch.
