Suicide Squad game’s second season delayed without explanation

Patience, those of you (if any?) still playing.

Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League Season 2 has been delayed later into July without further explanation.

The season, which was to begin tomorrow, 12 July, has now been delayed to 26 July here in Australia. Neither Warner Bros nor developer Rocksteady offered a reason for the delay.

“Thank you for your patience,” reads a post that detailed the new launch date.

The second season of the beleaguered shooter will bring Mr Freeze’s wife Nora — Mrs Freeze? — into the mix, alongside new seasons, a new map, and two new episodes themed around the chilly villain.

Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League is already available on Windows PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, alongside Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PS5.
