Steve Papoutsis leaves EA

Kotaku today reports that Visceral Games boss Steve Papoutsis has left EA.

The site reports that Papoutsis’ position has been handed over to Scott Probst, son of EA chairman of the board, Larry Probst.

“We are thankful for Steve’s many contributions to EA and wish him the best,” an EA representative told the site.

“The Visceral team continues to be focused on new game content for Battlefield Hardline including expansion packs, as well as new development projects.”

Battlefield Hardline was recently released on Windows PC and consoles.
