Steam Nintendo Switch Pro Controller support now available

Steam support for the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller is now available.

The support comes from the Steam Client Beta, and is expected inside Steam’s official client release shortly. The support itself functions much like that for Xbox One and PS4 controllers, though the Switch Pro controller has options to swap A & B and X & Y buttons as Nintendo’s placed those in positions that a user mightn’t think ideal.

There you have it — are you keen to use your Nintendo Switch Pro Controller inside Steam? What’s your preferred controller of choice? Sound off in the comments area below.
