Star Wars: Battlefront: Mission maps explained, C-3P0 is confirmed

We’ve two big tidbits on Star Wars: Battlefront that are sure to excite fans.

First, Battlefront Community Manager Mathew Everett took to Reddit to explain what mission maps are, and how they differ from other maps in the multiplayer-based game.

“Mission maps are unique to Missions,” Everett said. “The map count we revealed includes only Multiplayer maps from the base game (12 maps).”

Additionally, Anthony Daniels used Twitter to confirm he’ll be reprising his role as the iconic droid C-3P0:
