Star Wars: Battlefront 2 will offer a multiplayer beta to those who pre-order

EA has announced a multiplayer beta for Star Wars: Battlefront 2 ahead of its E3 2017 press conference.

To gain access, you’ll need to pre-order the title; that’ll grant you access to an Epic Lightsaber Mastery Star Card for Yoda at the same time.

Pre-orders also come with exclusive Star Wars: The Last Jedi costumes for Kylo Ren and Rey, alongside six hero and starfighter Epic Star Cards: Kylo Ren’s Power Reach and Solid Freeze, Rey’s Far Sight and Deep Mind and the Enhanced Auxiliary Power and First Order ship Starfighters.

Star Wars: Battlefront heads to Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4 on 17 November. Those with EA or Origin Access can try the game from 9 November, and those who pre-order the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition can play the game from 14 November. Got all that?

We expect to hear more on Star Wars: Battlefront 2 at EA’s E3 2017 press conference — it takes place at 5.00 am AEST on 11 June.
