Star Trek Resurgence gameplay video gives us a look at Spock

Logical.

The first proper Star Trek Resurgence gameplay video is now available and features none other than Ambassador Spock.

While Spock seems to be a central figure in the upcoming title from former Telltale staffers at Dramatic Labs, the character is voiced by a soundalike as Leonard Nimoy has sadly passed.

While the gameplay footage (via IGN) is a little rough — but keep in mind there’s lots of time left to polish — it provides a great look into a conflict that players will need to solve. It also demonstrates a love of Star Trek itself, with visuals and presentation that seem like a love letter to Star Trek The Next Generation on both the small and big screens.

As previously reportedResurgence will put players on the U.S.S. Resolute, controlling both First Officer Jara Rydek and Engineering Crewperson Carter Diaz.

Expect Star Trek Resurgence in the first half of 2022 on Windows PC via the Epic Games Store, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4 and PS5.
